What is EverBooking?
EverBooking is a premium online booking platform designed for service-based businesses. It lets your clients book appointments 24/7, sends automatic reminders, and syncs with your calendar.
How do I set up my booking page?
After signing up, complete the onboarding wizard to add your services, staff, and business hours. Then copy your embed code from Settings → Embed Widget and paste it into your website.
Can clients reschedule or cancel their own appointments?
Yes. When a client books, they receive a confirmation email with a secure link to reschedule or cancel without needing to contact you directly.
Which calendars does EverBooking sync with?
EverBooking integrates with Google Calendar out of the box. Connect your Google account in Settings → Integrations and your availability will stay in sync automatically.
How do recurring appointments work?
In your dashboard, go to Appointments → Recurring Bookings. Choose a service, staff member, start date, and recurrence pattern (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). EverBooking will generate the series and check for conflicts.
Is there a waitlist feature?
Yes. When your schedule is full, clients can join a waitlist for their preferred date range. If a slot opens up, you can notify them directly from the Waitlist section in your dashboard.
Can I collect payments at booking time?
EverBooking supports Stripe integration for collecting deposits or full payments during the booking flow. Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Integrations → Stripe.
What happens if I exceed my booking quota?
Each plan includes a monthly booking limit. If you approach your limit, you will see a warning in your dashboard. Upgrade your plan anytime from Settings → Billing.
How do I add the booking widget to my website?
Go to Settings → Embed Widget and choose between a floating Smart Button, an inline script, an iframe, or our React/Vue/Vanilla SDKs. Copy the snippet and paste it into your site HTML.
Is my client data secure?
EverBooking uses industry-standard security practices: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted data at rest, strict access controls, and regular security audits. We are GDPR compliant and offer a Data Processing Addendum.
