Setting Up Your First Service

Creating a New Service

From your dashboard, navigate to Services → Add Service. Enter a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "60-Minute Massage"). A good name helps clients understand exactly what they are booking.

Setting Duration and Price

Define how long the appointment lasts and how much it costs. You can also set a buffer time after each booking to give you breathing room between clients. If you offer variable pricing, enable tiered rates so customers choose the option that fits their needs.

• Duration: Choose anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours.
• Price: Set a fixed fee or offer free consultations.
• Buffer: Automatically block padding time after appointments.

Assigning Staff Members

Link each service to the staff members who can perform it. If multiple people offer the same service, EverBooking can distribute bookings via round-robin or let clients pick their preferred provider. You can also restrict services to specific locations if you operate from multiple sites.

Publishing Your Service

Once configured, toggle the service to Active. It will immediately appear on your booking widget and any connected calendar feeds. You can edit or pause a service anytime without affecting existing bookings.
