Calendar Sync
Connecting Google Calendar
Starting the OAuth Flow
In your dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar. Click Connect and sign in with the Google account that owns your business calendar. Grant EverBooking permission to view and manage events so we can block busy times automatically.
Configuring Sync Settings
Choose how you want the sync to behave. You can enable one-way sync (Google blocks EverBooking) or two-way sync (events created in EverBooking also appear in Google). Select the specific calendars you want us to monitor if you manage multiple schedules.
- One-way: EverBooking reads busy slots from Google.
- Two-way: Bookings made on EverBooking write back to Google.
- Default visibility: Choose private or public for generated events.
Troubleshooting
If appointments are not syncing, check the following:
- Ensure your Google account has not revoked third-party access.
- Verify the correct calendar is selected in sync settings.
- Check that the time zone in EverBooking matches your Google Calendar time zone.
- Re-authenticate if your token expires after long periods of inactivity.
