Managing Staff
Adding Staff Members
Go to Staff → Add Staff and enter the team member's name, email, and role. They will receive an invitation to join your EverBooking workspace. Once accepted, they can manage their own availability and view assigned appointments.
Roles and Permissions
EverBooking supports three role tiers to protect sensitive data:
- Admin: Full access to settings, billing, and all bookings.
- Manager: Can edit services, staff, and view all appointments.
- Provider: Sees only their own schedule and client details.
Individual Availability
Each staff member can set their own weekly hours and blocked dates from their profile. Admins can override these settings when needed. The booking widget only displays times that match both the business schedule and the staff member's schedule.
Round-Robin Assignment
Enable round-robin on any service to distribute bookings evenly across eligible staff. EverBooking tracks assignment counts and automatically routes the next booking to the provider with the lightest load. You can still allow clients to choose a preferred provider if personalization matters for your business.
