1. What cookies we use

We use cookies only where necessary and, for non-essential categories, only with your consent. Our cookie banner lets you accept or decline each category independently.

Essential (always on)

• next-auth.session-token — keeps you signed in to the admin dashboard.
• __Host-next-auth.csrf-token — prevents cross-site request forgery on auth endpoints.
• eb_consent — remembers your cookie preferences (no tracking data).

Analytics (only with consent)

Currently disabled. If we add analytics in the future, they will be enumerated here and will not run until you enable the "Analytics" toggle in the cookie banner.

Marketing (only with consent)

Currently disabled.

2. Booking widget cookies

The embedded booking widget does not set cookies on customer browsers. It uses short-lived sessionStorage keys for the active booking flow; these are purged when the tab closes.

3. How to manage cookies

Open the cookie banner link in the footer of any page to re-open your preferences. You can also delete cookies from your browser at any time — essential cookies will be re-created the next time you sign in.
