Connecting Stripe

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Stripe and click Connect. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure OAuth flow. After authorization, EverBooking can collect payments during the booking process and manage recurring subscription charges for your account.

Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Customer Billing Portal

Let clients manage their own payment methods and view invoice history through Stripe's customer portal. Enable the portal in your settings and EverBooking will automatically generate portal links in confirmation emails.

Handling Failed Payments

Stripe retries failed charges according to your dunning settings. EverBooking surfaces payment issues in your dashboard so you can reach out to affected clients before appointments are disrupted.
